Tips to start improving your overall health

We are constantly bombarded with advice and suggestions about how to live an active and healthy life. Many of us then do nothing because we are too overwhelmed to make a change! Below are 10 simple and a few not so traditional tips to start improving your overall health and well-being.

1. Preparation:Preparation might not seem like a traditional health tip, but it really is the foundation on which to build good habits, which then determine your results. Try to eat a large nutritious breakfast that is rich in protein, a small serve of carbohydrates , and a bit of fat. Examples include 2 eggs, toast made of wholegrain and two small scoops of avocado. This breakfast can provide you with energy throughout the day. Eat every 3-4 hours or when your body needs it. Some people favor high protein diets because it helps make them feel more energetic . 5. Cardio Exercise

A healthy and balanced plan of action is complete without exercise! Exercise is vital for living a full life of vitality, ageing better and being more healthy. If a relationship is leaving you feeling exhausted and discontent You must make a drastic decision for your long-term health. The process of managing stress is a constant method of managing your life in order to create the control you desire.

9. Relationships

The increasing number of studies have shown that for humans to be happy and healthy it is necessary to establish strong networks of support and connections. Being around friends is beneficial for our well-being! Take time every day to be with your family, friends, or your fellow friends. As women, we create an endorphin (happy hormones) when we engage in a good gossip.

10. Action & perseverance

Afficient with excellent strategies and tips is excellent however, if you don’t implement what you’ve learned, and consistently apply it, then you are the same as if you were ignorant of the subject when you first started!
